2篇天然气事故安全反思心得体会 篇一 这世上总有些事在预料之外，结合近期发生安全事故，我车间从多个角度进行了深刻的自我反思。每一起事故的发生，也督促我们反思在工作中安全管理、设备管理、制度管理上存在的不足。为此， 我们要从中吸取教训，查找不足，确保工作安全顺利进行。
为什么会连续出现安全事故，这些安全事故是否可以避免?事故发生后，我们应该怎么想?出了事故我们应该如何应对?从发生的三起事故我们可以看出，事故之所以发生，它与违章作业、责任不到位、从业人员安全意识不高、现场管理有漏洞，规章制度执行不到位，监管不到位，工作放任自流都有直接或间接关系;我们要做的就是要接受教训，把心里的压力转变成我们工作执行的压力，将压力有效地传递下去。
一是要将“安全就是生命命”的根本理念真正让大家共知、共享，要唤起我们每名职工“违章就是事故”的意识，做到工作、谨慎，时刻如履薄冰。还要真正将我们的安全文化理念渗透到每一名职工的思想中，真正做到本质安全，不能麻痹大意凭侥幸; 二是要提高我们每名职工的安全认知能力。要真正认识到安全管理的严肃性、严厉性。只有境界提高了才会真正重视起来，才会将安全真正放到生命至上的高度去研究、去管理、去落实，去全面履职履责。
三是一定要做好各种隐患的排查，防患于未然。要把无事当有事，无中找有。排查隐患很重要的是要细致，、慎之又慎，不采取细致全面的方法、手段就可能对问题视而不见，就可能对发现的问题解决不了。我们安全生产是动态的，是24小时不停运转的，旧的问题解决了，新的问题可能又会出现，一定要建立全面细致排查隐患的长效机制，去解决问题。
四是要重点部位重点抓。车间、班组、各职场都有不同的重点，自己分管范围的重点自己最有数，这就要求对各自的管理重点首先自己要重视起来，做到自己的事情自己办，保证重点部位管控到位。
五是要职能岗位职能抓。在技术业务岗位很，要做执行标准、带头遵守规程、规矩。查隐患、抓规范、不断揭示问题;做好事故的应急防范、应急处置;保证各种设备的运行率、完好率，动态地保证生产过程中的安全。

篇二 管道燃气设备设施较多，地下隐蔽工程量大，任何一个环节出现不安全因素都可能给整个供气系统和用户带来损害。因此，管道燃气具有较大的火灾爆炸危险性。
①设备、设施破损老化导致燃气泄漏。埋地管道由于使用期较长，无法经常挖出进行检测，当受到腐蚀及外力作用出现破裂损坏时，不能及时察觉，极易造成大量燃气泄漏。有些地下管道附属设施如阀门、法兰等的连接出现问题也会导致燃气泄漏。
②设备、设施安全防护装置失效导致燃气泄漏。包括安全阀、防爆阀、防爆片、泄压阀、报警系统等失效，危险区域防爆电器不防爆，静电接地不可靠，防雷装置失效等。来源：考试 大 ③供气企业安全管理措施不到位，缺乏抢险专业技术和专业装备。各岗位操作人员培训有死角，各项规章制度、操作规程不完善，应急救援预案编制不具体，没有按要求进行桌面演练和实际演习，缺乏应对事故的能力。

⑤用户违章操作，疏于监护。用户在使用燃气时对户内燃气设施缺乏监护，燃气设施出现异常时没能及时向供气企业报修和采取有效措施进行处置，致使燃气泄漏。在使用燃气过程中操作不正确，不遵循“火等气”的点火原则或疏忽大意导致烧煮物将火熄灭，使燃气外泄。如：2014年6月，某小区某住户在安装灶具时，胶管与灶具连接不牢固，3天后胶管意外脱落而用户未能及时察觉，在开阀用气时引起燃气泄漏。2004年12月，某小区居民用户分别发生天然气泄漏，原因是用户使用完天然气后忘记关闭灶前阀，造成天然气泄漏。由于适逢冬季，室内通风不良，天然气在室内与空气形成爆炸性混合气体，遇到明火引发爆炸事故，导致1人重伤，3人轻伤，约230户居民住宅受损。2003年11月，某小区住户忘记关闭灶前阀致使天然气大量泄漏，用户发觉后开窗放散时服装产生静电火花引发爆炸，小区内86户居民受损。
⑥个人或单位对燃气供气系统的破坏。
近期，接连-发生了几起安全事故，楚雄市供电有限责任公司“6?”人身触电事故，昭通供电局“6?4”恶性误操作事故，楚雄州电力工业公司“6?9”人身触电事故，曲靖供电局110KV富源变电站“6?4”人身触电事故。针对这几起事故，各级领导、各部门高度重视，对事故通报进行了层层传达落实，并要求深刻领会，反思深层次原因，落实安全生产责任制。曲靖供电局要求在全局员工中开展了“把好安全关，守住生命线”为主题的安全大讨论活动。
我在学习了事故通报后，心里非常震动，进行了深刻的反思。我在想这些事故为什么会发生呢?是人的原因还是制度的原因?公司经过这么多年的发展，各项规章制度及操作规程已非常完善，发生事故的原因主要是人的原因，是“违章、麻痹、不负责任”的具体体现。
“违章、麻痹、不负责任”充分诠释了事故发生的原因。“违章”就是不按规章制度，不按操作规程来做事，凭自己的个人主观意识来做事，久而久之就变成了习惯性违章;“麻痹”则是进一步违章，未认真分析工作过程中的所有环节，不认真履行工作流程和规程，总认为自己这么做没什么大不了，自己是对的，图方便、图省事，从而导致了事故的发生;“不负责任”就表现在多方面，管理上的不负责任，监督上的不负责任，具体工作者的不负责任，即管理不到位、监督不到位、执行不到位。
安全工作天天抓、天天讲，为什么还会出安全事故呢?“违章、麻痹、不负责任”充分体现了事故发生的原因。我们有的人思想麻痹，开小差，放松了安全意识，就进行了违章作业。这是一种非常不负责任的行为，是对自己，对同事，对领导，对公司的不负责任，更是对家人的不负责任。你有没有想过，如果因为你的不负责任，导致了安全事故发生，会给同事、领导、家人带来多大的伤害，会给公司的财产带来多大的损失。
所以，我们在工作时，一定要牢记安全，坚决与“违章、麻痹、不负责任”三大安全敌人作斗争，“常怀责任之心，常行责任之事”做安全生产明白人，认真遵守规章制度，严格执行操作规程，强化安全监督，不放过任何细节和小事。安全无小事，用我们认真的责任心来换取持续的安全无事故。

强化全员安全意识，确保安全平稳运行，开展的“反三违”活动，意义重大。在和“反三违”行为作斗争的过程中。“三违”顾名思义就是：违章指挥，违章操作，违反劳动纪律。它一直都是每个公司一直努力根除的目标，否则一旦发生事故，轻者个人痛苦，企业损失;重者将付出生命的代价和家庭的破碎。还会给国家社会带来不良的影响。因此，一定要与“三违”做不懈的斗争。违章是发生事故的起因，事故是违章导致的后果。为了保证公司的长治久安和社会的和-谐稳定，就要控制各类事故的发生。而事故发生的关键就是杜绝违章;首先要从自身的心理开始，提高自己的思想认识。不能心存侥幸心理,从众心理，逆反心理。要不嫌麻烦，不要用冒险蛮干的行为来表现自己。这些都是在用自己的生命来冒险的。其次做好反“三违”的基础工作。通过各种形式，用生动的事故录像片和典型的事故事例来对全员进行教育。以此来让全员认识到违章就是走向事故，靠近伤害就是断送生命。最后要进行监督检查：重点区域，部位，和重要环节做好安全管理的预防，控制工作。监督每人不做违反“三违”的事情。这是对工作，对集体或是公司极其负责的表现。
特种作业人员身处关键岗位或者从事危险性较大的作业，发生事故后往往带来严重的后果，因此，特种作业人员出现“三违”行为可能带来的危害也非常大。
青年职工大部分是新工人，一般来说安全意识较差、技术素质较低、好奇心强，在工作中容易出现冒险蛮干、麻痹大意、思想开小差等违章违纪现象。
对上述三种人的安全教育和培训，要根据他们各自的特点，开展内容、重点、形式各异的教育和培训活动，由重点到一般，由点到面，通过内容、形式丰富多样的教育和培训不断提高员工的安全技能，增强员工安全意识，使其养成良好的作业习惯，从而达到杜绝“三违”、实现安全生产的目的。
生命是宝贵的，也是脆弱的。我们一定要珍惜，把他放在首位。在进行安全和技术的培训中，提高安全意识和规范安全行为。在安全生产的同时做到“不伤害自己，不伤害他人，不被他人伤害”。总之，在反“三违”活动中还有很多深入细致的工作要做，需要在实践中不断补充、丰富和完善反“三违”活动的落实工作。

作为一名带班班长，我认识到本事故的教训是深刻的，事故不仅给企业造成了损失，也给责任人及相关人员带来了经济损失，同时给个人造成了无法弥补的精神伤痛。思痛之余，我更加感受到安全的重要性，对如何进一步做好安全工作有深刻的体会。
一、提高安全素质，杜绝事故发生。本次事故的主要根源是操作工在关键时刻失去了对事故发生的可能预见和后果的意识，也就是平时所说的对安全的侥幸心理。为此，抓安全生产必须抓好人的安全文化素质、安全思想行为的教育和提高。

第二篇事故反思心得
这世上总有些事在预料之外，结合近期发生的三起安全事故，我车间从多个角度进行了深刻的自我反思。每一起事故的发生，也督促我们反思在工作中安全管理、设备管理、制度管理上存在的不足。为此，我们要从中吸取教训，查找不足，确保工作安全顺利进行。
为什么会连续出现安全事故，这些安全事故是否可以避免?事故发生后，我们应该怎么想?出了事故我们应该如何应对?从发生的三起事故我们可以看出，事故之所以发生，它与违章作业、责任不到位、从业人员安全意识不高、现场管理有漏洞，规章制度执行不到位，监管不到位，工作放任自流都有直接或间接关系;我们要做的就是要接受教训，把心里的压力转变成我们工作执行的压力，将压力有效地传递下去。
一是要将“安全就是生命命”的根本理念真正让大家共知、共享，要唤起我们每名职工“违章就是事故”的意识，做到工作、谨慎，时刻如履薄冰。还要真正将我们的安全文化理念渗透到每一名职工的思想中，真正做到本质安全，不能麻痹大意凭侥幸;
二是要提高我们每名职工的安全认知能力。要真正认识到安全管理的严肃性、严厉性。只有境界提高了才会真正重视起来，才会将安全真正放到生命至上的高度去研究、去管理、去落实，去全面履职履责。
三是一定要做好各种隐患的排查，防患于未然。要把无事当有事，无中找有。排查隐患很重要的是要细致，、慎之又慎，不采取细致全面的方法、手段就可能对问题视而不见，就可能对发现的问题解决不了。我们安全生产是动态的，是24小时不停运转的，旧的问题解决了，新的问题可能又会出现，一定要建立全面细致排查隐患的长效机制，去解决问题。
四是要重点部位重点抓。车间、班组、各职场都有不同的重点，自己分管范围的重点自己最有数，这就要求对各自的管理重点首先自己要重视起来，做到自己的事情自己办，保证重点部位管控到位。
五是要职能岗位职能抓。在技术业务岗位很，要做执行标准、带头遵守规程、规矩。查隐患、抓规范、不断揭示问题;做好事故的应急防范、应急处置;保证各种设备的运行率、完好率，动态地保证生产过程中的安全。

第三篇事故反思心得体会
20xx年，曾在闽东某电站看到:一工作负责人准备对3KV母线进行检查、清扫，他把自己已签了名的工作票送到运行值班员手中后，就去准备工具，过了一段时间，他以为运行人员已经做好了安全措施，就自行打开3KV母线廊道网门，从口袋里拿出220V验电笔进行验电，验电笔还没碰到母线就连人一起被打-倒，幸运的是他人并没受伤、设备未受损。从这起未遂事故来看，现场管理及当事人行为严重违反《安规》的行为先不说，就他用220V验电笔进行验电说明他至少知道“我要安全”，但“不会安全”，怎能用220V验电笔去对3KV电压等级的母线进行验电呢?
在电力生产中，从业者从“要我安全”到“我要安全”的观念转变，并非易事，是安全生产执行力由强制性到自觉性的一次质的飞跃。然而，要确保电力生产安全，还必须实现“我想安全”、“我会安全”，这样才能从事故源头遏制不安全因素的作用，从而减少或避免事故的发生。
电力生产是复杂的系统工程，一般而言，电力生产事故主要分为:“天灾”、“人祸”和设备质量问题三大类。“天灾”如雷电、暴风雨、地震等外力破坏，这些是不可抗拒的外力因素，是突发性的。“人祸”就是由人员违法、违规、违章等原因造成的，主要表现形式有3种:(1) 明知故犯，明知不符合规章要求，但图一时方便或抱有侥幸心理的习惯性违章;(2) 对法规制度似懂非懂，知其一，不知其二，工作中又恰好在其二中发生了问题; 对法规制度不懂装懂，稀里糊涂，发生了事故才恍然大悟，后悔莫及。设备质量问题是由于制造、维护、检修等不到位所导致，有其隐蔽性。
可以肯定地说，所有事故的发生都不是工作人员的主观愿望。但从大量的事故分析来看，由“人祸”所造成的事故占相当大的比例，据不完全统计所占比例高达到80%以上，从业人员既是事故的制造者又是事故的受害者。因此，“我要安全”、“我想安全”也就仅仅是个良好的主观愿望，要真正取得确保电力生产安全的客观效果，就必须做到“我会安全”。
勿庸置疑，经过长期的生产实践和血的教训，形成了一套保证电力生产安全的规章制度。但是电力生产是一个复杂的过程，从事生产的人又是这个过程是否安全的决定因素。而每个人的认识水平、接收能力、工作态度、经验积累等差异，要把保证电力生产安全的规章规定变为每一个从事电力生产的职工的自觉行动，解决好“我会安全”的问题，是电力生产安全管理者与生产者面临的长期而艰巨的任务。笔者认为:
(1)要为我而学，掌握充分的安全知识和应会的安全技能。安全既是电力生产本身的需要，更是从事生产的职工生存的需要。《安规》等规章制度是电力生产实践的，它既反映了电力生产安全的客观规律，又是对从事生产的人的法定要求和行为规范，确切地说，是生产者生命的“护身符”。因此，每一个从事电力生产的人员，都应明白学习安全知识和安全技能，既是企业的需要，更是自我的需要。
(2)要因人施教，建立健康的安全心智模式。近几年来，虽然职工队伍的整体素质得到了不同程度的提高，但水平仍是参差不齐，不同职工的文化水平、生产技能和执行各项制度的自觉性也不同，要用正确的方法进行引导，鼓励职工学习，使每位生产者从思维方式与思维习惯上，能辩证地分析和处理安全与其他各种情况的关系，能较好进行自我心理调节，从而有稳定的安全思维惯性和自觉规范的安全工作行为，做到事事会安全。
要及时纠偏，建立良好的安全保证环境。电力生产存在潜在的不安全因素是正常的，关键是要正视问题和善于做到“见于未荫，禁于未发”。发生了事故要查找原因，不要“摔了跤总怪路不平”。把别人的事故当作自己的教训来接受，把小问题当着大问题来解决;把带有倾向性和危害性的现象消灭在萌芽状态。

事故反思心得体会(2) 的精神伤痛。思痛之余，我更加感受到安全的重要性，对如何进一步做好安全工作有深刻的体会。
一、提高安全素质，杜绝事故发生。本次事故的主要根源是操作工在关键时刻失去了对事故发生的可能预见和后果的意识，也就是平时所说的对安全的侥幸心理。为此，抓安全生产必须抓好人的安全文化素质、安全思想行为的教育和提高。
二、从多方面来提高员工的安全意识。安全工作只有起点，没有终点，全体员工要互教互学，取长补短，共同提高。要养成专心致志抓安全的良好习惯，操作工在做到三会、四懂的前提下，还应做到五勤，只有这样才能更好地保障生产的安全。
三、树立安全就是效益的观念。当前公司上下正在轰轰烈烈地开展降本增效活动，身为一线员工做好安全生产工作就是最好的降本增效。在工作中不仅要熟练掌握各项操作规程，还要养成良好的安全操作习惯，杜绝习惯性违章，敢于同身边的不安全行为较真。每位员工在日常工作中做到相互监督、相互提醒，及时消除安全隐患。
只要人人都来重视安全，时刻关注安全，把安全生产铭记在心，消除任何对安全工作的饶幸心理，公司的安全工作必定能做得更好。
第五篇事故反思
20xx年06月12日上午，丽江市古玉供电有限公司西区分公司在西区分公司会议室召开了20xx年安全警示教育活动。
活动中观看了近几年来发生的一些电力施工和运行维护操作过程中由于工作人员“违章、麻痹、不负责任”所造成的一些血淋淋的电力事故。本次安全警示教育中所罗列的事故案例，都是用实际发生的事件在向我们说明一个主题:安全无小事!
综观这些年来我们在执行安全工作上，虽然公司有一整套的安全规定，并不厌其烦地对安全工作的开展做了不少的要求和规定，还有安全工作督察组不断的进入到各个基层部门对安全工作的开展情况进行督察。但是，就因为大家对安全工作重要性的认识不到位、执行安全规定“粗枝大叶”、凭经验办事、积习难改!违章——就自觉不自觉地在发生，就发生在我们的身边!
安全不是谁的事!有血的教训就发生在我们的身边。为了避免惨痛的教训再次发生，只有大家都把安全放在首位;从思想上重视到位;把自己的责任在安全工作开展中尽到位;把工作中需要的安全措施落实到位;安全工作开展管控到位。才能做到“自己不伤害自己;自己不被他人伤害;自己不伤害他人;工作中没有人被伤害”的四不伤害。
针对于此，还有一个重要的环节在实际工作的开展中必须重视:工程施工的安全管理，必须要做到细致。包括对施工队资质的审核审查、对施工现场的安全检查和督促——对外单位人员要等同本单位职工对待。
在涉及多个部门参与的检修、停送电等工作，每一个相关人员都要多留一个心眼。在实际操作中不能图方便，怕麻烦，必须兼顾到方方面面:人员、设备，工具、材料一样也不能遗漏，以确保检修和停送电的安全。
重视安全工作，特别是在工作执行的过程中必须严格执行《安规》和现场工作规程，要结合现场实际，开展好现场勘查，执行好“两票三制”。在开展工作中，坚决杜绝“违章作业”。
